Hi, I’m Pasha.

I build robots, automate things that shouldn’t be manual, and make machines behave.

I have 15+ years of experience solving automation problems across manufacturing and R&D — sometimes elegantly, sometimes through creative persistence.

These days, I work in Robotics groups of Core R&D at Dow Chemical (one of the three largest chemical producers in the world), where I design and integrate smart robotic systems for labs and manufacturing. That includes digital twins (yes, the virtual kind), collaborative robots, and digitazing brown-field devices that help scientists and engineers move faster with less friction.

My main focus is connecting physical systems with their digital twins — turning simulations into actionable tools and making robots do what they’re supposed to do in the real world.
